WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-3 working days. Orders to other countries will be on their way to you after 4-5 working days! As soon as the order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail from DHL with the dispatch link!
How do I receive the invoice?
The invoice will be sent to you as a PDF attachment in the e-mail with the dispatch confirmation.
Is it possible to change or cancel orders after they have been placed?
Unfortunately, we can only process cancellations and changes very promptly after the order has been placed, and changes are only possible to a limited extent. Please send us an email to service@shop.reisenthel.com as soon as possible after placing your order.
What do I do if I don't like an article?
You can return all items purchased from the reisenthel online shop within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

For complaints within the statutory warranty period of 2 years for products purchased in the reisenthel online shop, please write an e-mail to our customer service.

We do not offer telephone customer service as we require information such as pictures or order numbers for most enquiries. We do our best to respond within 24 hours (on business days). Even during high volume promotions such as Cyber Monday, Black Friday we will process your enquiry promptly.
