Shipping & Delivery

Shipping usually takes 2-3 working days. Orders sent abroad will be on their way to you after 5-6 working days! As soon as the order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail from DHL with the dispatch link!

Please note: Certain promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, free embroidery), public holidays (Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day) and also internal processing can unfortunately lead to the specified delivery time being extended. Please take this into account when placing your order.

In the reisenthel online shop you do not need a minimum order value to place an order.

The reisenthel online shop currently delivers within Germany and to the following countries:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.

We expressly reserve the right to deliver to territories that belong to the territory of the member states but not to the customs territory of the EU.

Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees. Further information on customs duties can be found, for example, at http://ec.europa.eu/ and on import sales tax at http://auskunft.ezt-online.de/ezto/Welcome.do and specifically for Switzerland at https://xtares.admin.ch/tares/login/loginFormFiller.do?l=de

The delivery costs are calculated as follows:

- Standard shipping Germany: €4.95, free shipping from €50
- Shipping to other EU countries: €8.95, free shipping from €100
- Shipping to Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland: €12.95, free shipping from €100

Unfortunately, we do not offer express delivery. But don't worry! Our standard dispatch time within Germany is only 1-3 working days.

A little tip: Plan for a longer delivery time before Christmas.

At reisenthel, you have the option of specifying a different delivery address with every order.

You can also have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation. To do this, you need to register with DHL.

You can find out exactly how shipping works here: Enter the postcode and the word Packstation in the street field. The Packstation number is then entered in the house number field!

We ship with DHL and its partners. In addition to the invoice, our dispatch confirmation also contains a DHL tracking number. You can track the status of your order here by entering your order number and email address or the DHL tracking number.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation. Delivery within Germany takes approx. 2-3 working days and within Europe approx. 4-5 working days. If your parcel has not arrived 7 days after receiving the dispatch confirmation, please contact our reisenthel customer service.

You can reach us at any time by e-mail at service@shop.reisenthel.com.

The invoice will be sent to you as a PDF attachment in the e-mail with the dispatch confirmation. This means that only the delivery note is enclosed with the parcel. Some e-mail providers move e-mails with PDF attachments directly to the spam folder. It is therefore important to check your spam folder.

Please note: when purchasing on account with Klarna, the invoice for the bank transfer will be sent to you directly by Klarna.
