HOW CAN I COMPLAIN ABOUT A PRODUCT PURCHASED IN THE REISENTHEL ONLINE SHOP?

If you have a complaint within the statutory warranty period of 2 years for products purchased in the reisenthel online shop, please send an e-mail to our customer service team at service@shop.reisenthel.com.

To process a complaint, we generally require the following information from you:

- Order and/or customer number
- your address
- item number
- Article and colour description
- Brief description of the exact defect(s) in question
- Meaningful photos of the defect
- Batch number of the item (located on the care label)

HOW CAN I COMPLAIN ABOUT A REISENTHEL PRODUCT THAT WAS NOT PURCHASED IN THE REISENTHEL ONLINE SHOP?

Please first contact the shop where you purchased your reisenthel product and present your receipt. The staff there will be able to help you quickly and easily.

WHAT DO I DO IF A PARCEL IS DAMAGED OR AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM THE PARCEL?

If you notice the damage while the parcel carrier is still present, it is best to react immediately: By not accepting the parcel. Please inform us briefly by e-mail. If you only notice the damage afterwards, please also contact us by e-mail and send us a clear photo.
